Ross joined PF Olsen in 1995 after graduating from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Forestry Science degree. He began his career with PF Olsen in Blenheim as a forestry supervisor and assistant in our seed orchard. He then moved to Rotorua where he undertook a consulting role and has gained valuable experience and knowledge from PF Olsen's company founders and other talented staff. In his prior role Ross managed the Central North Island forestry team and has worked with staff throughout the business. Ross has been a company director since 2011.

Prior to joining PF Olsen, Nathan spent 15 years in a variety of executive and senior management roles across several competitive industries including finance, insurance and recruitment.

During this time, he's developed considerable expertise in strategic planning, people leadership, business development, client management, risk management & governance and business acquisitions. As the Managing Director of PF Olsen in Australia, Nathan passionately leads and supports his team to deliver excellent forestry, carbon and biodiversity outcomes for clients that are good for the planet.

Nathan is also a Director of ABZECO Pty Ltd which is a partner company of PF Olsen (Aus) Pty Ltd.
